Mickea Smith, Founder/CEO
With over a decade of experience in the aviation industry, Mickea has worked in Cessna acquisitions at Van Bortel Aircraft as well as turboprop/light jet
acquisitions and sales at jetAVIVA.
Along with well-rounded aircraft sales experience, Mickea graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and has logged flight time in over 20 different types of aircraft from gliders to turbo-props to light jets. She holds single/multi-engine commercial, instrument, seaplane, and remote pilot ratings along with a tailwheel endorsement as well as a CE-525S type rating in the Citation 525 series.
Mickea’s biggest passion outside of aviation is her horses. She grew up showing and is a five-time World and Reserve World champion. She also enjoys cutting, working cows, starting colts, and riding the trails.
Aside from aviation and horses, Mickea is also an accomplished classical pianist and enjoys everything outdoors. She is always up for new challenges, adventures, and traveling the world.
Mallory McDonald, Sales Assistant
Keeping in the spirit of our cowgirl aviatrix theme, Mallory is a student pilot with a lifelong passion for aviation and a deep appreciation for the view from the sky. Her journey began long before flight school—traveling extensively across the U.S. as an athlete in the sport of cowboy mounted shooting, where she competed in multiple national and world championships and earned numerous titles. That same drive and focus now fuels her pursuit of a career in aviation.
Having also traveled internationally, she brings a global perspective and adventurous spirit to every flight. She is excited to build a future in aviation and turn a lifelong dream into a reality.
